Phase 2:
$1000+ Fund

The National Legacy

Imagine If Every Canadian Contributed $1,000
—A $41 Billion Investment

  • One-time investment, a multi-generational impact.

  • The goal: $1,000 per Canadian, building a $41 billion Canadian investment fund.

  • Only 5% of the earnings will be used each year to support Ukraine—the fund itself will never be spent.

  • All funds are invested, not spent, with Rothdale Pacific Wealth Management.

  • The annual 5% return will be used exclusively for Ukraine aid, focused on medical relief, defense, and reconstruction.

When the war is over, earnings will redirect back into Canada, funding projects like:

  • Education

  • Infrastructure

  • First Nations education & clean water

  • Increased defence & tech investment

  • Tuition-free universities & colleges

  • Orphan projects (projects Canadians know we need done but no one has the funds to pay for)

We’re building something that will benefit Ukraine today—and Canada for the next 100 years.

This means:

  • Sustainable military & humanitarian aid for Ukraine

  • Canadian infrastructure benefits once Ukraine is stable

  • A future-proof financial model that continues indefinitely

Meet Will Rogers

A Paramedic, Humanitarian, An Ironman, A Mission for Ukraine

Will Rogers is a Canadian paramedic & athlete who has personally delivered aid to Ukraine’s frontlines. He has invested over $110,000 of his own money in this mission."This has been a significant personal investment, but it’s worth every penny when I think about the impact it can have on Ukraine and on Canadians." He has worked closely with the frontline medics working in Ukraine since the outset of the war. It's not just financial support, it’s a commitment to seeing this through.

"This is about creating a world where our children and their children never have to experience another Cold War."

Phase 1:
$100 Fund

The First Responder Movement

A $100 Contribution from 200,000 Canadians, to fund all expenses and logistics to build a effective aid strategy for Ukraine, with funds after the war continuing to go to Canadian infrastructure and projects. Where possible, products and servcies to aid Ukraine in the defences will be purchased in Canada.

  • We are especially calling on fellow first responders. Paramedics, firefighters, nurses, doctors, and police officers to contribute $100 each to Phase 1.

  • Why? Because Canadians are people who step up in times of crisis and this is a crisis that affects the world.

  • The target is $20,000,000, invested to create long-term sustainable aid for Ukraine and future support for Canada

When the war is over, earnings will redirect back into Canada, funding projects like:

  • Education

  • Infrastructure

  • Increased defence & tech investment
