CUEDF is committed to creating a lasting economic impact by establishing a perpetual fund that supports Ukraine’s immediate needs—such as medical aid, defence, and reconstruction—while securing future investments that will contribute to Canada’s growth.

Our Vision: A Sustainable Future for Ukraine and Canada

Imagine if every Canadian contributed $1,000—a collective $41 billion fund. Instead of spending the principal, only 5% of the earnings would be used annually to support critical initiatives, ensuring continuous financial backing for Ukraine. Over time, as Ukraine stabilizes, the annual earnings will be redirected toward Canadian projects, including:

• Free national transit

• First Nations education and clean water access

• Investment in defence and technology

• Tuition-free universities and colleges

This innovative funding model ensures that our contributions today create a lasting impact for future generations.

How You Can Contribute

CUEDF invites Canadians to take part in this transformative initiative through two key phases:

• Phase 1: The $100 Fund – Encouraging first responders such as firefighters, nurses, paramedics, and police officers to donate $100 each, building a $57 million fund through collective action.

• Phase 2: The $1,000+ Fund – Expanding our reach by calling on Canadians to contribute $1,000 or more toward our $41 billion goal.

Inspired by Will Rogers

Our initiative is inspired by Will Rogers, a Canadian paramedic and athlete who has personally delivered aid to Ukraine’s frontlines, investing over $72,000 of his own resources. His unwavering dedication embodies the CUEDF mission.
